Feel welcome. Enjoy your stay comfortably. And we kindly ask that you be respectful of our home and treat it as if it were yours. Although we're on 25 acres we do have neighbours along the valley, so please be mindful of not making noise late at night - it echos! Thank you.

Smoking and vaping inside are not permitted. Please do not smoke within 5 metres of the main house or sheds. Please do be extra careful; carelessly discarded cigarette butts are a frequent cause of bushfires.

Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest.

We have a strict rule against any kind of party being held at this property. The only guests permitted in the property are those listed in the booking. Please have consideration for the neighbours at all times and so excessive noise or foul language at any time of the day will not be tolerated. If we find there has been any kind of party or gathering in the property and/or our terms and conditions have been contravened, we would need to evict all guests, regardless of the time of day, or night.  There will be no refund. This is for your and our safety. Thanks for your understanding. 

Before departure, please remove all food from refrigerator and freezer, put rubbish outside and take it with you, and all crockery and cutlery washed and packed away.

We supply linen, pillows, blankets and towels which must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bath room on departure.

Please leave the Property in a clean and tidy condition, as how you found it.

We also ask that you secure the Property and ensure you close and lock all windows and doors before leaving.
